Merry Christmas!

I’m so excited to talk about our new videos. We had a few goals that we wanted to achieve with new videos. There’s very little staged about these videos – these are real patients that we are interacting with.

So why new videos? A few days ago we wrote a blog about our first set of videos and what they meant to us. If you haven’t seen those, go take a look! We had a few more new videos we wanted to show you. So we broke them up into two blog posts. Today, we dive into Round #2.

Look at this group. I guess when we have a photographer show up in the Oltjen Orthodontics Office for team photos, things can get out of hand! 

It’s been miserably hot lately. Hot enough to make one dream about wool sweaters, hot cocoa and chilly mornings. We decided to give our patients a taste of a different, less sweltering, more Christmas-y time of year.

Nickco is invaluable to our team. She loves Gummi Bears and candy. Enjoys reading, going to movies and grocery shopping (yes, grocery shopping).

If you didn’t already know, this is a Charolais steer. It’s the same kind that Dr. Oltjen raised growing up on the farm. The steer was at the Miami County fair. Dr. Oltjen feels a special connection to 4H because of growing up on the farm.

Dr. Oltjen wanted to display his appreciation for his entire, amazing staff. What better way to do this than to take them to the Royal’s game on Ladies Night?!?

Dr. Oltjen works alongside Smiles Changes Lives to offer treatment to many children and teens who suffer unnecessary discomfort and embarrassment from their misaligned teeth.

Jenny is one of our amazing Treatment Coordinators that we are so blessed to have here. She’s been with us for three years now and everyone who meets her loves her!

The Oltjen team loves Halloween and, as you can see, we kind of go all out for it. We’d been trying to figure out what to do for this years Halloween for months – and it dawned on us a few weeks ago. Willy Wonka!!

Each year, Dr. Oltjen tries to choose a different location for our annual holiday staff luncheon to thank our team for their hard work.

Danielle is one of the masterminds behind all our contests, blog posts, Facebook posts, and…well, pretty much everything else that is marketing-related.

Christin is one of the people that you may not see very much in the clinic. It’s not because she’s hiding (most of the time! )
