Here, at Oltjen Orthodontics, we care about our patients like family. We are in the smile business, so if we can put a smile on one of our patient’s faces, we want to do that! Whether that is by straightening their teeth or encouraging their hearts.
Today, we want to show support for the Sarol family. They have been part of our practice for 10 years. In August of 2015, at the age off 14, their daughter Anna was paralyzed from the waist down as a result of a gymnastics accident. She had always been active in sports, so this was a blow to her family.
Since then, Anna has inspired our office with her positivity, courage and faith.
“I’m inspired by Anna because she hasn’t let the accident define her. Instead, she has remained positive, independent and appreciative of all the good things she has.” Dr. Oltjen
We want to support her in this any way we can. We know that you, as a community, would want to as well. We have an opportunity to do just that. Anna is in need of a mobility vehicle and we have the chance to make that happen for her. There is going to be a talent show on November 18th at Olathe Northwest Jr. High School that they are calling “Drive for Anna”.
